SureVision Dyson SA offers a 45-Day Money Back Guarantee on machines and parts purchased directly from us.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, returning your product is simple and hassle-free.

How to Return a Dyson Product

1. Contact SureVision Customer Care
Call 08 8362 0353 Hours: 8:30am–5pm ACST (Mon–Fri).
– You will receive a post-paid label.

2. Box it
Repackage your order and ensure the following are included and in good condition:
– The machine
– All accessories and bonus items
– Original packaging

3. Drop Off Your Return
You must drop your return off within 14 days of contacting SureVision. Your post-paid label may be used at any Australia Post Office.

4. Assessed – Processed
Your return will be assessed by our team to ensure eligibility based on the T&Cs below. Once eligibility is confirmed we will process your refund.
Refunds can take 7-14 business days to be finalised and for the money to arrive in your account from the day the refund is approved.

Dyson 45-day money back guarantee

Information on this offer and how to claim forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating you accept these Terms and Conditions.
To be eligible to claim the offer, you must have purchased an Eligible Dyson product (defined in clause 3) from Dyson:
1. at www.svdyson.com.au; or
2. by phone, email or Live Chat from SureVision’s Customer Care team
Eligible Dyson products are all Dyson consumer machines and Dyson Hair Care professional edition machines for salons and stylists.
Subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, where a presentation case has been personalised, a refund cannot be claimed under this offer.
To be eligible to claim under this offer:
1. the product must have been used under normal household conditions (or normal salon/stylist conditions for Dyson Hair Care professional edition machines) and maintained according to the instructions supplied; and
2. the product, all accessories and any gifts or bonus products must be returned undamaged, in full working order (unless an issue is due to a manufacturing fault), in original packaging and with original proof of purchase; and
3. you must produce such evidence as is reasonably required by SureVision to establish that the product is not subject to any hire purchase, lease, rental or other agreement, a result of which being that another party has an interest in or charge over the product.
To claim, you must contact SureVision’s Customer Care team by phone at 08 8362 0353 within 45 days of purchase. The returned product must be returned to SureVision within 14 days of lodging your claim with SureVision.
SureVision reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims made in connection with this offer. If your claim is assessed as valid, SureVision will provide you with instructions on how to return your machine to SureVision’s premises. SureVision will cover the cost of delivery of the product within Australia.
SureVision has absolute discretion to determine whether these Terms and Conditions have been satisfied entitling you to a refund under this offer.
The product, all accessories and any gifts or bonus products must be returned undamaged, in full working order, in original packaging and with original proof of purchase.
If authorised by SureVision, allow 45 days to receive the refund from the date of authorisation.
This offer is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
SureVisiom reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
SureVision’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All debossing and customisation orders are exempted from the 45-day money back guarantee.
